What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a funnel for marketing and why is it important for every marketer online make one?

It is a marketing strategy that is used to convince potential customers to buy products from your site. It is a selling method where a customer visits your website looking for information that can aid in solving a specific issue. It is possible to build a rapport through specific tools.

This will allow you to fully understand your visitors' needs. This in turn will push you to provide the most accurate possible information for all users. If you are able to gain trust from a visitor, they are more likely to purchase your products. The customer will then turn into a buyer.

Certain customers turn out to be extremely loyal customers, ready to purchase any product you promote. A marketing funnel includes all the steps needed to convert a regular user of your site to become a loyal client and buy every product you offer.

For every internet marketing professional that is their final goal. A well-designed funnel will achieve this very quickly.

Your marketing tools are catching people's attention and drawing them into the funnel. Once they complete the PERSONAL form, they are automatically entered into the funnel. Since no one is going to sign up to your business lead capture page, I said "personal". They want to join as a leader, not a company.

The page for lead capture is where they enter into the funnel - when they click the "Sign up Now" or "Enter Here" button, they are entered into an entirely new idea in network marketing.

It's their decision. It's their decision. They don't have to buy your services as a mentor or leader. You could also demonstrate to them ways to get more leads and money into their business.

This is the way a typical marketing funnel works:

On the "front-end" you can offer an offer that is free to draw and qualify people who may be interested in purchasing your products further down the sales funnel. In order to get the free product, people must sign up (also called opt-in) and provide their email address and name, and in turn they will be added to your list of email subscribers.

Now, you have these contacts on your email and you can offer them similar promotions that may be of interest to them.

After signing up for the offer, the user will be directed to a webpage that provides a low price or what is known as a tripwire offer. It is here that they will be moving to your "backend" of your funnel.

If they purchase the bargain price offer, they'll be taken to a different offer with a higher cost (normally called an upsell). If the person buys the more expensive offer, they will be transferred to a different product that is priced higher. This can continue for a long time...
